Social Atelier is a dual purpose fashion collection. Aside from the main function of dressing individuals, the clothing line brings forth awareness to political and social issues. Using sleek and cutting edge design and made with 100% organic cotton, Social Atelier communicates unbiased truths. The company has made its goal to broadcast events in a global scheme so as people may make informed judgments. Social Atelier questions propaganda provided to us through media, politics, and corporations- in an effort to make the world a better place. 

Social Atelier is a gathering of fashion professionals and academics who agree in the utilization of clothing to promote positive changes in the world. The company is in no way in direct affiliation with any organization. Rather, it donates a significant portion of its sales to causes such as global warming, war, genocide, and poverty, to name a few. Past and current proceeds have been donated to the Family Violence Prevention Fund, Human Rights Watch, Save Darfur, UNICEF, and so on.

Throughout Spring/Summer 2008, Social Atelier will work with the CARE organization to fight global poverty. Two dollars of each item sold will provide ample food for one family of six per day.
